Wedding of Emma Reiss and Ben Mellor on 26 March, 2011

Gorgeous bride Emma Reiss (KRB 2000) stole Royal bride Kate Middleton’s cherabang theme to show a change of status. Emma arrived at her old school Chapel in her Father’s stately black Mercedes and departed in a haze of billowing tulle with her husband Ben Mellor in his cute red vintage MG. How amazing they looked as they disappeared out the school gates.

Five bridesmaids helped the bride to get to the Chapel on time.
Four were her classmates Sangeeta Chandra, Anthea Fitzgerald, Charlotte Roderick and
lovely Cally Smith who was a KRB adoptee for the day.

They all had a lot of fun along with the Bridegroom’s handsome team, Simon Monteath,
Rohan Cook, Brendan Frost, Alexander Honson and Daniel Mellor.

Elegant hats were the order of the day and the Bride and Bridegroom’s Mothers looked fabulous, both in stunning black chapeaux.

There were many old school friends spotted among the crowd including Antonia Hayes (KRB 2000) who is the daughter of Josephine Barcelon (KRB 1976). Many alumnae will also be familiar with bridesmaid Charlotte Roderick who is the daughter of Janet Roderick (Henderson) (Rose Bay), and a niece of Rosie Henderson (Rose Bay) and Christine Saunders (Rose Bay)
